We’re back! Effective Friday, May 15, ‘tracy & co’ is open for business!

Thank you for your patience as we awaited Governor DeWine’s announcement. Along those lines, we are required to make a few temporary changes, so please bear with us……

For the protection of yourself, other guests, and our team, please respect social distancing guidelines when possible. We will be taking additional measures to maintain a sanitary and healthy environment, including:

• You are REQUIRED to wear a mask. All Stylists will be wearing masks as well.
• We will have several hand-sanitizing “stations” around the salon.
• We will be cleaning/disinfecting our chairs and equipment and changing our gloves in between each guest.
• We have a maximum occupancy of 15 people. That said…
• We are requesting guests come in by themselves, unless absolutely necessary to have someone accompany you (if your young child is getting a haircut, if you need assistance walking, etc).

If you are feeling ill in any way and/or displaying any symptoms of illness whatsoever, we ask that you not enter and contact your Stylist to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

If you do not feel comfortable with our setup or any other aspect of our operation, we truly understand and appreciate your decision to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
